Hayle combines extensive international experience as an instructional designer, education specialist, and program manager. She excels at leading cross-functional teams, creating evidence-based training programs, and building strategic partnerships.

Grant expertly analyzes data from diverse sources to assess learning outcomes and enhance program effectiveness. In his spare time, he teaches archery while creating gaming concepts that improve learning and engagement.

Maddy is an experienced education consultant specializing in curriculum development and content creation. She applies her deep instructional expertise to define, develop, and deliver professional development and training programs.

Amy is a dynamic trainer and curriculum developer with 20 years of experience in learning management systems. She has trained over 2,000 learners in the U.S. and Saudi Arabia, specializing in cross-cultural collaboration in the Americas and the Middle East.

Drawing on 15+ years of international experience, Margie brings adaptability and insight to learning design. She leads project management initiatives while offering technical expertise in UX, visual design, and instructional design for global partners.

Drawing on 20 years of instructional design expertise, Kellie guides programs through their complete development cycle, working closely with stakeholders to create comprehensive learning materials that are culturally responsive for international audiences.

Mike brings creativity to digital learning products, drawing on his graphic design background from Kingston University. Fluent in Spanish and English, his multicultural perspective and outdoor interests inspire his innovative design approach.

Taylor is a visual designer focused on fostering a positive user experience. His workflow anchors itself in transforming information into visually appealing media, and at his core, he is a strategic thinker who loves to create.

Sharon oversees operations and contracting, including financials, GSA compliance, and business development. Her 15+ years in federal contracting include CFO/COO-level roles and program work for NHTSA and the Pennsylvania State Police.

Cathy supports training delivery and logistics, including on-site coordination and materials management. A CPA, she brings 35+ years of federal service, including over a decade with INL in training and partner program coordination.

Ryan plans and implements innovative technology solutions to enhance training environments, manages Apple device deployment, and analyzes program effectiveness using his background in mathematical statistics from George Mason University.

Cristian has been part of the Learnitude family from the start. From moving and painting to installing AV equipment and furniture, he makes our learning environment possible.

Claire brings a sharp eye and creative touch to proofreading, graphic design, and layout work—making complex content visually engaging and easy to read. Outside work, she runs a photography studio and enjoys life by the Georgia coast.

Kayla meticulously proofreads and copyedits training materials, delivering error-free work quickly and precisely. She manages training logistics and ensures instructors are fully prepared. A Florida resident, she enjoys photography and beach activities.

Drawing on her extensive foreign service experience in Asia and Africa, Sandy uses clear writing to adapt learning approaches for diverse cultural and learning needs. She holds degrees from Auburn and George Washington University.

Sulaiman brings extensive localization expertise to training programs. He skillfully manages logistics, team coordination, venue arrangements, and curriculum quality assurance—excelling in high-pressure, challenging environments.

Tanya is a board-certified nurse practitioner and travel medicine specialist who founded Capitol Travel Medicine. She previously co-managed Georgetown University's international travel health service.

Amy advises on training content and design, drawing on her extensive experience managing large INL programs and leading the bureau’s strategic planning and congressional engagement office.

David brings extensive monitoring, evaluation and learning expertise as an advisor to the U.S. Departments of State and Justice. He has led external evaluations for U.S. and UN counterterrorism programs and advises the federal court on law enforcement reform.

Drawing on two decades of distinguished law enforcement experience with the U.S. Park Police and key leadership positions, Jim brings real-world expertise and a dynamic teaching style to the classroom, consistently earning him top ratings from participants.

As a strategic HR leader and certified coach, Robin implements comprehensive talent solutions including leadership development, succession planning, and organizational performance analyses.
